Job Title: Mobile Detailing Manager

Location: Tampa Bay

Pay: Starting at $11 – $16/hour (based on experience) + Performance/Sales Bonus Opportunities

The store leader is responsible for every aspect of operations of the ProntoWash location, including sales, staff, inventory and resources management.

The store leader’s role is to run a store successfully, maximizing profitability and quality. Working on the shop floor, they are in constant contact with their customers and staff. They are responsible for ensuring their staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store.

Typical responsibilities of the job include:

  • recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
  • greeting customers, building rapport, inspecting vehicles, making service recommendations
  • managing expenses & budgets
  • assisting with payroll preparation
  • developing relationships/partnerships in the community/local area
  • managing the register/sales reports
  • handling customer queries and complaints
  • overseeing pricing and stock control
  • maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
  • ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
  • assisting with marketing activities
  • liaising with head office

  • Responsible for keeping facility running smoothly and at optimum capacity
  • Keep up with facility maintenance & cleanliness
  • Maintain inventory, supplies and equipment
  • Managing service tickets in Point of Sale
  • Quality control – properly inspecting vehicles before and after service and making recommendations

Customer Service:

  • Create an amazing experience from start to finish
  • Greet every guest with enthusiasm and make them feel like a VIP
  • Set proper expectations, and meet them


  • Strong sales is a critical component to success in this position
  • Responsible for meeting sales goals and quotas
